Book I · Studio Ordo — Founding Thesis

12. Example Flow

A coach has five workshop recordings and a folder of notes.

Today, that material sits unused. The coach knows there is value inside it, but turning it into a real product would require writing, editing, design, web publishing, email marketing, course tooling, media production, and customer follow-up.

With Ordo, the coach uploads the recordings and transcripts.

Ordo extracts the recurring themes, frameworks, stories, exercises, and questions. It proposes a structure for a paid learning library. It generates articles, study guides, narrated audio summaries, short lesson clips, lead magnets, and a subscription page.

The coach reviews and approves the material.

Ordo publishes the content, creates a QR code for face-to-face referrals, and gives affiliates their own trackable cards.

A visitor scans a card, enters a persistent AI conversation, asks questions, receives guidance, subscribes to the learning library, and is attributed back to the person who referred them.

The coach gets a summary of the new customer, the referral source, the conversation, the purchase, and the recommended follow-up.

That is the whole Ordo thesis in one flow:

Knowledge becomes product. Trust becomes distribution. Conversation becomes the interface. AI operates the tools. The human governs the work.
